Why does the heater show a red plug icon and countdown?
When the heater is plugged into the electric outlet, the power indicator will light in red.Once turned off, a 30-second countdown will show up on the display as the fan will continue to run for 30 seconds to blow out the remaining heat.
Why won't the heater power on?
1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency are the same as required in the user manual.2. Change the wall charger to see if it works.3. Check whether the power plug indicator lights on when plugged in.
Why did the heater shut off automatically?
1. Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool and plug into the electrical outlet again.2. Place it on a flat, level, and stable surface.3. In ECO mode, the heater will turn off automatically when the set temperature has been reached. This is normal. If your heater turns off frequently, please raise the set temperature, or switch to Power Heat mode.4. When the 24-Hour Auto Off feature is ON, the heater will shut off automatically after continuously running for 24 hours. Please turn this feature off.
Why is the heater not producing hot air?
1. Set the unit to "Heat" mode. Please note that in "Fan Only" mode, it will only blow cool air, similar to a tower fan.2. Adjust the heating level to high.
Why won't the heater warm up the room?
1. Make sure the heating level is set to a high or desired temperature.2. Also, ensure that the room is well-insulated and free of drafts, as these can impact the heater’s efficiency.3. If the heater still does not warm the room effectively after these steps, please provide additional details, including the room size, how long the heater has been running, the current room temperature, and the target temperature setting. This information will help us further diagnose the issue.
Why is the temperature control of the heater inaccurate?
1. Ensure proper room sealing to prevent cold air from entering the rooms.2. Measure the ambient temperature beside the unit and compare it with the displayed temperature. If the difference is within 5 degrees Fahrenheit, consider potential measurement discrepancies between thermometers. Adjust the set temperature accordingly.
Why is the heater noisy?
The higher the gear setting of the space heater, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the unit speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please record a brief video of the issue and send it to support for confirmation.
Why is the LED display not working?
This appliance features auto-brightness.The display adapts automatically based on the ambient lighting conditions. Touch to activate the control panel and LED display.
Why is the OSC function not working?
1. Make sure the Oscillation Function has been activated.2. Change the air blowing angle from 120°/90°/60°/30° Oscillation via remote or control panel. The LED display indicates the fan angle accordingly.
Why are the touch buttons on the heater not responding?
1. Unlock the child lock setting.2. Check both the remote control buttons and the buttons on the air conditioner unit simultaneously to see if there is any response.
Why is the remote control not working?
1. Install fresh batteries following the polarity guide inside the battery compartment.2. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the unit. Point the remote directly at the LED display screen of the device.3. Operate the remote control within a maximum distance of 26 feet from the unit, preferably at an angle of less than 45 degrees for optimal performance.
Why does the heater have a burning smell/odor?
1. Ensure the appliance is for use on a nominal 120V circuit and should be connected to a grounding outlet.2. Avoid using extension cords and do not share the same outlet with other household appliances.3. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.4. For brand-new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor.

Needed to replace a fan that we use in the summer and heater that we use in the winter. I found out that Dreo makes a combo unit and after a decent amount of research, we decided to buy it.
This is a really nice unit, leaving it on Level 1 for the fan has been more than comfortable and unbelievably quiet. You can start to hear it a little when you go to 4 and it gets a little louder on the higher levels but this is to be expected.
It has a remote and 120 degree oscillation so it covers a nice wide area. Someone mentioned in a video that the heating element also runs the entire length of the unit, not just the lower part so I'm looking forward to seeing how this does later in the year during the colder months.
As for the fan, the CFMs at level 1 have been good enough so far and we're anxious to see how this does unit when the summer temps hit.
In the meantime if you're looking to replace two units, a freestanding fan and a freestanding heater, we'd definitely recommend this combo unit.
Got this as a gift and I couldn't be happier! So many options for heating and cooling, easy to follow instructions, and easy setup. It's everything I could look for in a heater/fan!
I use it in my 2.5 car garage. I just finished insulating the garage and this will keep it at a steady 50° while it’s only barely 10°F outside. I’m impressed.
Absolutely amazing fan, it heats up the room quickly and efficiently. It looks sleek and checks all the box’s for what I was looking for. It’s absolutely worth the price you pay.
So far, so good. Really nice to have so many heating options. Our master bedroom is the coldest room in the house. Its on the north side, and has a wall of windows as well as a French door all facing North. In Colorado. Got this heater for big rooms and it has worked beautifully to keep the room comfortable, as warm as you prefer, without running the entire HVAC which is so wasteful heating extra guest bedrooms. Best of all, this unit is silent. And has a convenient remote control.

I live in Wisconsin and it’s extremely cold - I live in a creaky old mansion and this fan works incredibly well.
I will say do not use an extender or multi-prong plug in as it fried mine and almost started a fire but direct to the wall has worked very well!
Very quiet heater. Maintains temperature magnificently. You don’t get that blast of heat in that cold chill while it’s waiting to start again. So much better than baseboard heaters the noise level is very low barely know that it’s on.
I had an issue with other fans where they were either too strong or too weak; this one has 12 levels of speed, from very faint to very strong. I loved that. The fan is of great quality and sturdy, and I loved the space-saving form factor. As a heater, it doesn't feel like it has high heat output; it's more of a fan than a heater, but it's nice to have that feature in the same device. The only issue that I got is that the fan does not allow switching units to Celsius.
We absolutely love these fans! I bought 2 for my enclosed porch. As long as you can run on 2 separate breakers it’s perfect to run at same time. Fan is quiet and is easy to stand out of the way and still blow air( hot or cold)! Love love love!!!

I have had my unit a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. I initially bought it for use in my garage because the garage is not insulated or heated and I wanted to do projects in the winter without having to use a loud gas burning heater. This is not only quiet, but heats up my 3 car garage to a comfortable temperature even when it’s arctic cold outside (I live in Minnesota and it does get that cold about a week to 10 days out of the year).
The majority of the time it’s a fan for my office or keeping bugs and mosquitoes away from our patio on high fan and oscillating across our outdoor space.
I have recommended it to all of my friends and family, and I recommend it to anyone even remotely interested. The only potential issue is if the unit is too big for your needs, but even then I think you should consider finding a reason to use this unit because it’s absolutely incredible.
This fan/heater is super nice! On lower modes, it’s actually super quiet. It’s very easy to work with, flexible, and has great/useful options. The remote came with a battery which was also nice. Only thing I didn’t like was the assembly of its base. It was easy but confusing at first. Could’ve been a bit easier to install
Quality Fan/Heater combo! This can move quite a lot of air but can also be quiet with a nice breeze. I like that it has an accurate thermostat to regulate heat and electricity usage. Tip safety feature works.

This is the holy grail of heaters. Even the best models on the market (or expensive ones) still have an annoying hum that is not ideal for sleep. This heater is whisper quiet and the heating element itself feels more gentle and comforting than other heaters. I love this and hope it holds up.
Fantastic performance for both cool wind and heating functions, help shifts a room’s temperature effectively. Also, it is very quiet in both modes. Assembly is easy, but be sure to double check that this is the size of fan that you’re looking for—came in much larger than what I imagined.
