If you’re looking for a reliable humidifier, this is one of the best ones I’ve owned yet without having to change filters. This has been amazing. I rinse it out every day and then add the water. It Humidifier’s our main room of 1,100 sq ft just fine. I find that it really does make a difference and keeping the air more breathable and not so dry in the room, especially since Montana is so dry. This has been a game changer for us. Definitely recommend this product.

This review is coming out early on after setting up two of these in my 1700 sqft home but early indications are of quality, precision and good output. For clarification, we live in an area that's very humid during the summer but very dry during the winter. We have 2 or 3 months where it will get into the 20% humidity range inside and it causes a lot static making things rather uncomfortable. We've already had a few days that have gotten down to 30% or so and these have definitely made a big dent in that. So, as far as the product itself goes, these offer a lot of positives. They're very quiet, they look nice, and they should be relatively easy to clean. I really appreciate having two different ways to fill them (either by pouring water through the slot on the top or by removing the top segment and taking the entire tank to a water source). I also like the large picture window at the bottom that gives a great view of the water level and even lights up based on the humidity range in the room. I would say that quality of the build is definitely there as well. Everything fits really well and it seems as though there aren't many failing points. Durability of the parts also seems to be high as they all appear to be made of sturdy plastics. Time will tell if these keep up with the demand in our house but I feel like these will definitely be a huge help with keeping our home much more comfortable this winter.

Good unit, large capacity, so refills are infrequent. The app is great. My only issue is that it's pretty noisy. Dripping sounds and an occasional rumble. We have it in the living room, so it's not an issue, but I wouldn't want it in the bedroom.

I cannot afford to use distilled or RO water and steam evaporators are so difficult to clean. So I decided to try Brita pre-filtration with the demineralization filters in this model's tank and I don't notice any respiratory problems or white dust anywhere. My dog seems fine too, no extra sneezes sniffles or wheezes. I have the humidifier in my room within six feet of black electronics and book shelves, so I would definitely notice extra dust. It took about 24hrs for it to get my entire apartment humidified but once it did it doesn't need to run on high or even constantly to keep the place around 50%. I wouldn't keep it any more humid than that without using distilled water though. Just to be safe. I can't figure out how the tank is "self cleaning," it mentions nothing about how it does that in the manual which is annoying. I will update if I find bacteria or fungi gunk in it during the monthly filter replacements. One star off because this would be perfect if only it had wheels. It gets heavy and awkward to carry when it is full.

So far so good. Has been a few weeks. I live in a high desert and it keeps up. Goes through water as one would expect, and I haven't had to clean it yet. Using filtered water from fridge to fill it. Quiet. Remote works well. The night light is nice in the morning when im getting dressed and don't want to disturb others.

The Good: Works well so far. Streamlined and doesn’t take up much room. Useful phone app and virtual assistant compatibility to control it. The Not So Good: When it’s running, it makes the same gurgling sounds as a coffee maker. I find it distracting at night. My wife doesn’t. Your experience then may vary. On the plus side, when I reached out to their customer service, they were prompt and helpful in wanting to address my concern. Unfortunately, they said the sounds I’m hearing are expected.

It can be controlled with the Dreo app. The Dreo app connects with google home. This allows you to can control this device by talking to your google devices. I am very pleased with this device.

I am a huge fan of this humidifier! Great sleek design and look. This humidifier is extra large, doesn't require to have to be refilled daily, which is a major bonus for me. I can fill it up once and it lasts for days. It's extremely easy to refill the base with water, I just fill it up from my bath tub. The base without water is super lightweight, which helps to be able to carry once it is full of water. I am very impressed with the handles on the base, they lay flush when not carrying and push in effortlessly when you need to carry it, fantastic design. Helps keep dust from piling up in the notches. This unit also has powerful mist flow and is easily adjustable to fit your needs. It does come with a remote, but I prefer to use the app functionality. It actually arrives in a few different components and each one has extensive engineering that went into producing it. It's easy to put together you just connect to the pieces. my wife has numerous expensive house plants. this is the perfect thing to keep them from drying out. i love the large reservoir as despite them being her plants, i get the chore of filling this. the mist function is nice and helps keep stuff moist. the inclusion of a clear reservoir and a pretty light that alerts you to the humidity level is also nice as well as looking cool. it includes a replaceable scale filter which is essential for anyone with hard water. we do have issue with scale buildup but the plants get watered with filtered from the tap. it is nice to know that should we use unfiltered water the filter is quickly and easily replaced. the app sounds like overkill but is really helpful for monitoring and changing humidity settings. its easy to setup and use and makes the remote more of a backup.

This is a powerful, fantastic humidifier that is very user-friendly and easy to use, like the other Dreo products. I can control this humidifier on my iphone using an app or use voice commands or use the provided remote control. It’s so convenient and efficient to set the schedule and timer using those methods. There’s a 3-color light that shows the humidity level in the room. The top-fill design makes adding water easy. There’s also an automatic shut off, which is a nice safety feature. One of the best features is how quiet this humidifier is. The other two Dreo fans we have are super quiet, so we knew this humidifier was going to be whisper quiet too. It’s very easy to use this humidifier and it’s perfect for the baby’s room when the baby has congestion. It’s also good for our room and I noticed my skin wasn’t as dry. The LED display is dimmable so you can have it running at bedtime so the baby can sleep. Don’t let the size of the humidifier scare you off. It looks big, but it’s actually very easy to move as it’s lightweight.
One of the things that I dislike about winter time is having to refill our humidifiers every other day. IN our bedroom we were using on that needed to be refilled too often and only held 1 - 1.5 gallons of water. This humidifier holds over 4 gallons of water! That means filling maybe once a week. The mist in this product rises quite high, yet is adjustable. It also has a humidity level displayed at all times on the front of the unit. Ive cross checked the percentage reading with my Nest thermometer that is in our room and they generally are well aligned, so I would consider it accurate. It's also pretty quiet, which is perfect for sleep time. Overall, I love the design and functionality of this humidifier and would highly recommend it!

This is a very high quality smart humidifier. Excellent for home or plants. Especially with its remote features. It has a large water capacity and fast potential to increase humidity. This is an ultrasonic humidifier. I'd recommend using distilled water. Fresh out of the box it didn't have a strong smell. It actually arrives in a few different components and each one has extensive engineering that went into producing it. It's easy to put together you just connect to the pieces. If you need a smarter humidifier that actually works very well I would recommend.

my wife has numerous expensive house plants. this is the perfect thing to keep them from drying out. i love the large reservoir as despite them being her plants, i get the chore of filling this. the mist function is nice and helps keep stuff moist. the inclusion of a clear reservoir and a pretty light that alerts you to the humidity level is also nice as well as looking cool. it includes a replaceable scale filter which is essential for anyone with hard water. we do have issue with scale buildup but the plants get watered with filtered from the tap. it is nice to know that should we use unfiltered water the filter is quickly and easily replaced. the app sounds like overkill but is really helpful for monitoring and changing humidity settings. its easy to setup and use and makes the remote more of a backup.

In the first couple of weeks, I noticed that my partner's snoring had lessened slightly (I'm assuming the added moisture has been helping him breathe more comfortably at night!), and that the humidity of my apartment overall had shifted. It's been over a month now, and it's only gotten better! This is the most moisturized my combination skin has been in years, and my hair texture has improved considerably as well!
