Frequently Asked Questions
What do the malfunction codes on the LED display mean?
1. E2 (Temperature sensor short circuit): Unplug it from the power source and contact Customer Support. 2. E1 (Temperature sensor open circuit): Unplug it from the power source and contact Customer Support. 3. F2 (Overheat protection): Unplug and wait for it to cool down before plugging in again. 4. P4 (Tip-over protection): Place the heater back on a flat, level and stable surface.
Why won't my heater start?
1. Make sure the power cord is properly plugged into a powered electrical outlet. 2. If overheat protection has been activated, unplug the heater and let it cool down before plugging it in again, and remove any objects on or near the heater. 3. Check that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly, and make sure the heater is placed on a flat, even surface. 4. If the set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature, raise it above the ambient temperature.
Why does my heater suddenly stop while heating?
1. If the temperature has exceeded the thermal cutoff threshold, turn off and unplug the unit, then let it cool down before plugging it back in. 2. If the heater has tipped over, place it back on a flat, level and stable surface. 3. In ECO mode, the heater automatically turns off once the set temperature is reached — this is normal. If it turns off too frequently, raise the set temperature or switch to Power Heat mode.

They look and work GREAT .
The convection heater was easy to install. It works great in the unheated laundry room and warms up the tile floor. The design is sleek and looks like a TV.
Works good. The only thing is I didn't realize the 711S didn't come with the feet to set it on the floor so it has to be wall mounted. Outside of that, it's quite, and heats a small room perfectly. I love that I can set a schedule through the app.
This heater is great, and you should disregard the comment by "Carlos M.", as he clearly can't read. I love this heater, it feels like an open oven after you've finished cooking. Mount it low on the wall (maybe 15 inches off the ground) and you'll feel the hot air flowing out the top. I have mine in a hallway between three bedrooms. The fanless operation, and lack of any "red hot" elements inspires confidence. I've had electric baseboard heaters that I felt less comfortable leaving on. Love all my Dreo products.
Descriptions online say that it includes ‘feet’ so it can be used on the floor: yet the instructions clearly say: it must be wall mounted. Also, there’s no fan.
The heater is keep making noise when cooling down in Eco mode. It’s like when a metal is cooling down. And it’s loud enough that it wakes up my infant.
The heater works well but makes a loud banging when heating up and cooling down. Loud enough to wake up a baby sleeping 20 feet away.
