Please check if the indicator of the display is on, ensure that the voltage and frequency is the same as required in the user manual (US: 120V 60Hz) or test with another socket. Then make sure if the power button on the control panel is abnormal by turning it on via the remote control.
Why is there no air coming out?
Please re-plug the power adapter. Then press the power button/remote control to power on. We recommend you check the air inlet/outlet and see if there are any obstacles and abnormal deformations.
How to connect the tower fan with the APP?
Launch Dreo and sign in or create an account by following in-app instructions. (Verify your email address to continue) Once you log in, tap ADD Device on the app. (Make sure to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in the Dreo appliance). Select the Dreo appliance you want to link. Hold the Tower Fan Oscillation button for 5 seconds to start network settings and device pairing. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing. Select your WiFi, enter your password, and tap Next to connect to the network. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing. You are now ready to control the appliance on your app. Start by giving your Tower Fan a new name! Hold the oscillation button again for 5 seconds to restart the network setup.
Why is the tower fan unable to connect with WiFi?
Please check that your WiFi is stable. Please disconnect the WiFi with your tower fan to restart the network setup.
Why is the tower fan not powerful?
Please switch the fan speed to a higher one. Then switch to normal mode. We recommend you clean the inlet grills and test the tower fan again.
How can I mute the prompt sound?
After power on, choose the normal mode, press and hold the mode button for 3-5 seconds. Should mute the prompt sound.
How does sleep mode work?
Usually, fan speed decreases every 30 minutes. Speed decreases by two levels at most and will remain constant if at level 1. The sound of the prompt will automatically turn off.
Why are the buttons on the control panel not working?
Please test with the remote control. If you can, please take a short video and send it to support@dreo.com as soon as possible.
Why does the remote not work?
Please test by controlling the tower fan via the control panel. Then replace the battery in the remote as instructed in the User Manual. Note: Danger of explosion if the battery is replaced incorrectly. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.
Why is the base flimsy/wobbly?
Check whether the floor is flat. Check whether the base of the tower fan is well-placed. Foreign objects may affect stability.
Why does the tower fan shut off randomly?
Please make sure if it is due to that the timer is on. If you can, please take a short video and send it to support@dreo.com as soon as possible.
The screen is too bright. Can I turn it off?
You can turn the screen off by switching the style to sleep mode. It will automatically turn off within 5 seconds.
Why is the OSC not working?
Please check if there is an OSC icon in the lower right corner of the screen to make sure if the OSC function is on. Then check if the fan body is stuck or entangled by the cable.

Love it. It keeps me cool and I love that it has a remote.
Arrived broken even though the box it came in did not show damage. I could hear rattling in the box. It appeard to not have sufficient packing. I tried to see if it could be put together but the tower is cracked at the bottom where it connects to the stand and cannot support the weight of the rest of the unit. After contacting the company they replaced this unit and a shipping lavel to return the original. The new one came in with correct packing, a manual and a remote. None of which was included in the original. The fan works great especiall like the silence modes and sleep mode this review would have been a 5 if not for the poor condition of the first
This fan is fantastic. My wife loves it. We use it everyday and we've had it for 2 years. Having the remote makes things so much easier to do. You do not have to get out of bed. You can just set the timer and it'll go to sleep and shut off by itself. Glad we bought it and I would buy another. I recommend this to anyone who wants a tower fan
My first Dreo purchase was a tower fan for my daughter and her husband. They loved it, I wanted a tower fan and I couldn't be more pleased. One feature that's great is the ease and ability to clean it. No more dirt, dust and hair sticking to blades. But even better than the fan is Dreo's Customer Service. I contacted them with a simple question never expecting the exceptional service I received. They went above and beyond in a way they did not have to. They communicated very well and personable. In the future if I need a new fan or any products Dreo makes, I will choose them first.

Customer service is top notch. Had an issue we're it wouldnt connect to Google home. Ended up being my account but they were fast and helpful. The fan itself was simple to set up and is really quiet on lower settings. I love the breeze setting. Higher speeds definitely blows lol.
This fan is quiet and powerful. I was really surprised but the qualify for the price. The Bluetooth feature is awesome so you can control it from anywhere and it saves a lot of space compared to regular box fans. I liked it so much I ended up getting a 2nd one.
This is an excellent fan. I have one in every bedroom. I even have three downstairs for the living room, kitchen and dining room. It takes up no space. It works with my smart assistants. I can even control the speed and some functions through assistant. You normally can't do anything but turn them on or off. Excellent wind speed and coverage with the oscillating function. I use these to lower my AC bill. I don't have to have the AC. It's low because these create a nice flow of air. I also have a French bulldog and three cats. These fans allow you to set them to a function called natural which kind of mimics a breeze. You can set the maximum speed and then set it to natural and it creates an outside breeze feeling which my cats seem to like
I have now had this fan for two full years, and it has been great! However, the controls on the top of this black fan are done in a very dark goldtone which is impossible to see. I actually had to glue two white dots to the top - one for on/off and one for the oscillating feature. Other than that, great fan!

Compré este ventilador Dreo para usar en mi habitación y estoy encantada. Desde el primer día noté la diferencia: es muy silencioso, incluso en la velocidad más alta, lo que lo hace perfecto para dormir. El flujo de aire es fuerte pero suave, refresca bien toda la habitación y la función oscilante cubre un buen ángulo.
Me encanta que tiene varias velocidades y modos, incluyendo uno nocturno y uno ecológico. Además, el control remoto y el temporizador son súper prácticos. Es compacto, elegante y no ocupa mucho espacio.

Oh I LOVE this fan! I was skeptical that it would really blow out cool air but it does! I put it at the foot of my bed because I get too hot during the night and my ceiling fan doesn’t keep my room cool enough so I was able to turn it off and just use this fan and felt so much better all night long! My cat didn’t like it so much, which I also don’t mind because it kept her off my feet, which also makes me too hot! Haha!

I actually bought two of these because they're very quiet deliver just as much wind on me from across the room as a blade fan does and it's Wi-Fi enabled so I can control it from my phone.
If there would have been more discount I probably would have bought four of these quite frankly, but it would have been like a 40 or 50% discount as in buy one get one free kind of thing. Still it's a good product and we'll find out if the longer warranty holds its water cuz it's kind of a big deal when you get the product you have to register for it. From a marketing perspective it's an awesome way to get people to sign up for the site I can say that and if that's the case then that's their business.
I originally bought this Dreo tower fan in May 2023, and it quickly became my favorite — much quieter and cooler than other fans I’ve owned, including my Lasko. I used it daily and loved how it performed.
After about a year, the fan unexpectedly stopped working. I was frustrated at first, but I reached out to Dreo customer support, and they were amazing. They responded quickly, guided me through the process, and even when I couldn’t find the serial number, they still helped me out.
They stood behind their product and sent me a brand-new replacement. It arrived in great shape and is working perfectly. I’m really impressed with the level of support I received, and I’ll definitely keep buying from Dreo because of it.
It’s rare to find a company that backs their products like this. Highly recommend both the fan and the brand!
I bought this product in 2023 and it worked great until recently I tried to turn it on and it wouldn’t. I looked up the user manual and it mentioned replacing the fuse which I did but it still hasn’t turned on. I plan to reach out to customer service in the morning but because I’m outside of my warranty I’m not sure if they’ll be able to help me…if they can’t that would be a bummer because I paid a lot of money for this fan to die on me less than 2 years later…Will update my post and maybe star rating soon!
Update: the company sent me a replacement! I appreciate their customer service so will change my rating from 1 star to 4.
Loving my new fan. So sleek yet powerful. Easy to assemble and connect to my wifi. Would buy again. Purchased to take some pressure of my ac unit with extreme heat conditions. Would love one for every room in my house. Looks much better than the box fan it replaced.
Love this fan so muchI bought a 2nd one. The app works great on my Android, easy and simple to use. The 5 speeds combined with Normal and Sleep modes works great for me. Plus you can turn off/on the lights and button beeps. It is tall, so I can have it pointed at my bed and not have it vibrating on furniture like the small ones. PERFECT.
Absolutely love this fan! It's perfect to help cool things off. I even have my central air set a few degrees higher now at night. The natural breeze setting is great. It's really quiet(unless on max setting). Couldn't be happier and highly recommend. It's functions with the remote, your phone or even seamless with Alexa.
On low settings, you may have a hard time hearing that this fan is even on. The fan moves quite a bit of air, cooling the room quickly. Remote control works well and is easy to use.

Our biggest problem ordering this for our sun heated house, no trees, electricity out & 5 yr old Granddaughter was keeping a 103 temperature…. It was horrible … and none of us can explain why the Delivery is 2 weeks. We were sweating for them & felt helpless (another state) … but I **Heard this morning that this Oscillating Super Breeze Tower has the entire big room (kitchen & Livingroom) ‘beautifully Cold. Love it!!! I got the purifier/fan tower. It strong, but i didnt want to spent another 300$ for my room, so i decided to get this one. Its perfect. At times i find it chill at night that i have to cover with a blanket.
