We have owned our home for 32 years and I replaced two old style ceiling fans in guest bedrooms. The fans were easy to install with clear directions to follow both online and from the enclosed manual. The lights throw far more light than the old models that used three 60 watt bulbs. When we return from our vacation I plan to add one more fan to the final guest bedroom. Our children & their spouses will love the new look & superior performance when they come to visit.
The only reason for four stars is because of the mount that goes against the ceiling. I thought for sure a ring was missing to hide the screws, but it appears that's the way the light is made. You can see the screws at the top where it locks in.

Wish it didn't made a sound every time you turn on the light, otherwise good looking and build quality. Additionally, a bracket cover set should really be included to hide the visible screws and improve the overall aesthetic.
This is such an improvement over my old, clunky, heavy ceiling fan I replaced. This one is sleek and much more attractive. I am also impressed by the range of light controls I can adjust from the easy-to-use remote.
Very satisfied with this ceiling fan. It is very, very quiet, has multiple fan speeds, remote control, and the light is great having many modes and brightness levels. The installation instructions are extremely helpful and it is straight forward to hook up. Great quality and looks modern, I recommend.

We love this! Installed it in my son’s room when the old one went out and it fits perfectly. Great air movement even on the lower levels. The light has a dim/brighten feature and my only complaint is I wish the light dimmed more. Even on the lowest setting it lights up his whole room. I love that it has a remote so when we’re rocking him to sleep I can easily turn off the light without having to disturb him.

I've been a do-it-yourselfer for a while. Take that into account if you continue reading. I looked a lot of places on the internet before I ordered this Dreo fan and light kit from Amazon. I wanted it because it looked like it would be appropriate in a smaller room -- and it _is_ appropriate. I also liked the rich darker wood color of the fan blades, which match built-in shelves in this room. The room already had a small ceiling light fixture that had been professionally installed when the house was built. That meant the room was wired and ready for ceiling fan. I just had to cut power to the room and remove the existing light fixture for everything to be ready for installing the fan. THAT'S THE SINGLE BIGGEST THING TO CONSIDER, IMHO. If the room hadn't already been wired and ready, the project would have been way bigger, maybe too big for this do-it-yourselfer. Installing this fan/light was a breeze. The way the item is designed really considers ease for the end-user. (Of course, if it's your first time doing this, the learning curve will seem steeper.) Nothing is hard to reach or awkward, and the result is handsome. And everything works as expected via the remote control. The lumen levels are easy to control, with the highest level satisfyingly bright. The light color is easy to control. The fan speeds are easy to control. The fan direction (clockwise/counterclockwise) is easy to control. There's a timer with three settings. When you turn off power it remembers its last settings. So when you toggle the wall switch on later, it continues in whatever mode you were last using. It also beeps first to let you know it's booting. If you don't want the beep, just leave the switch on and turn off the light and fan using the remote. Personally, I can't think of anything that's missing here. It's the whole nine yards, and it's handsome. Five stars.
I’ve had this in my workout room. I have 7 foot ceilings but wanted a fan close to the ceiling so I didn’t feel like I would bump my head while jogging on treadmill. This is working great and love the different speeds and light settings. Super quiet but I’m on an elliptical or treadmill while it’s running. I used electrician for professional install to make sure installed correctly

Perfect for smaller rooms. Looks stylish and the remote control set-up is intuitive and convenient. Quality is on point! I purchased 3 the other day and my electrician set up all 3 yesterday but one does not work. It's back in the box and ready to return. I'm ordering a fourth prior to returning since it’s after hours! He tried everything - spent a lot of time troubleshooting. Will amend review once I can address matter with phone support since none of online questions reflect pro install.
This is a very quiet fan. Install was easy. The only part that would not snap into place was the collar ring at the top of the fan, it would not snap fully together. Other than that a very good fan.
Sooooo smooth and whisper (not even) quiet, solid heavy construction and easy connect/hookup, Not as flush to the ceiling as desired for 'flush mount' but more flush than most available out there. Nice to have 4 fan blades instead of the overwhelming numerous 3-blade ceiling fans trending all over. Lighting options of color and brightness makes this so versatile for any decor or color temp. Highly recommend.
Nice looking fan, easy to install. Remote works well. The only issue that detracts from its rating is that it doesn’t throw a great deal of air flow. Probably best for small areas.
I purchased this fan for a new home build, so it was awhile before I could install and try it, so it was outside the return window. The fan nor light worked. I tried the online recommendations for troubleshooting but without success. I emailed DREO support but did not receive a response. I would not recommend buying due to no customer support if there's a problem Update: Dreo customer service contacted me concerning the problem with the fan. After a video of the fan and description of the problem was sent to customer service, a replacement fan was sent out. It works fine and I updated my recommendation to purchase this fan. Customer service resolved my problem but I had to remove the non-working fan and replace it. I gave 4 stars because there was a quality issue that was not caught.

I researched and put in my cart up to 10 different ceiling fans to use in my 12 x 12 office. After reading various reviews and all the options, I decided on this fan. The walnut blades look great, its quiet, the LED does not give off heat, the exposure distance is great, and the variation in lighting is an awesome. Some might think you will never use this feature....you will and you will be glade you have this! The installation is so easy and again looks great. The remote is very nice given all the features. Thinking of replacing all the other fixtures in office to this unit. Probably will! Stop looking at all the variety and styles. I did it as did others! Thank you

This was an easy quick install. The light adjusts from low to really bright. The air moves well and it works with almost no noise whatsoever.
I changed my master bedroom fan that stopped working suddenly. And then I bought this one the smaller one for my second bedroom, which is my home office. I already had the same brand in portable fence and decided to go for it. Excellent decision because this fans are awesome. The remote control works perfect And you can adjust the speed of the fan and the intensity of the light. Very good product I highly recommend it and they have different sizes.
I had an electrician install three of this particular model, and just ordered a fourth to replace another new fan from a different manufacturer. I am very satisfied with the adjustable levels for both the fan and the light. They are absolutely silent, even on the highest setting. They also circulate air well at all speeds. The light is nice and bright at 100%, and the multiple color options are nice. The remotes are easy to use, and if you switch the fan off at the wall, it retains the settings when you switch it back on. I had a problem with two accidentally pairing to the same remote, so I emailed the company and they responded promptly with instructions to unpair and re-pair correctly.
