Place the air cooler on a flat, level surface. Incorrect assembly might also cause shakiness. Please refer to the assembly Instructions in page 4-5. Note that the power cord must be run through all keepers.

Turn on the humidify function and ensure that the wateis above the minimum mark. Put ice packs into the tank for better cooling Note that this is not an air conditioner. Combine with your AC unit to circulate air more efficiently.Position the cooler with its back faced to an open window or door for best air cooling, as too much humidity will reduce its humidifying cooling performance.
Water is dripping from my air cooler.
Ensure the proper installation of the cooling pad,rear grille, and water tank. The water must not exceed the max level.
My humidifying indicator is blinking, but I already added water into the tank.
Make suretoreturn the tank securely in place and reenable the humidify function. Note that when the water is low or the tank is withdrawn during humidifying, the humidify function will be disaabled for safety protection.
Why does the air blown from the cooler smell?
It's advised to clean the water tank with citric acid every ttwo weeks to prevent mold growth, and rinse the cooling pad with a clean towel once a month to prevent dust buildup.

I love 💕 the DREO water 💦 cooler tower!!! It’s larger than l expected but that’s cool 😎! You do have to add water to make it cooler but I’m OK with that, l count it as a daily habit to make my energy bill lower - it works great!
The cooling unit was heavier than expected which turned out to be a good thing. It is very stable and rolls easily on a hard surface. I love that temperatures, etc. are adjustable. It really cools a room. I'm very satisfied!
This is a game changer! We rent in a second level (old duplex) with a very outdated A/C wall unit in the living room and old electrical wires so that we can't get another A/C unit; it just blows the breaker. And that little bit of A/C air does not make it into the bedroom and the Southern California summer heat is no joke. We had multiple evaporative coolers we got off Amazon but they have been short in height with a weak fans. We've had the Dreo evaporative cooler for a few days now and it's way more powerful than our other coolers ever were. The tower fan height makes the air actually reach above the height of the bed and we can feel the fan across the bedroom. Also the water tank pulls out and you can easily remove the motor to take the water tank to fill up. All the other evaporative coolers we've had have designs that make it difficult to remove the water tank to fill it up and/or clean it. This cooler definitely takes the edge off the heat. I don't expect it to work like an A/C unit as it's not one. It cools the air in a way that a traditional fan won't. If you don't have the ability to have an A/C unit this is a great alternative take the edge off the heat.
Most amazing fan ever, really pumps out the air! Since I do not like constant air blowing on me I especially appreciate the breeze feature. On level 3 it's just right!
In a home where me and my wife live with elders who like to keep their home warm, this fan does an excellent job of keeping us cool. Sometimes we will use it during the day, but mist of the time we use it during the night. Even without the ice packs, it surprisingly does a great job. Thank you!
I was skeptical, but this does work much better than a fan. The unit really does blow cool air. I took one star off because the ice packs that come with the unit are what keep the water cool. If the ice packs melt, you can feel the air become a little warmer. I also wasn’t sure how to secure the ice packs inside the unit that holds water. I thought the quick start instructions related to installing the ice packs were hard to understand.
It worked well but I couldn't see myself loading water and ice to this thing all the time so I returned it. It was pretty heavy as well. Definitely not for the busy or lazy!
Although I have central air conditioning, my home office is located upstairs in our four-level house. My office window faces west, so the heat of the day beats in. With a couple of large computer screens (which radiate heat), the room becomes uncomfortably hot. This slender evaporative cooler was the perfect supplement to our central air. NOTE: I live in a desert, so the heat is "dry." It's been my experience that evaporative coolers don't work as well in humid environments.
This cooling fan is doing the job well for me. Our primary bedrooms and office are on the 2nd floor of our home and it’s always at least 10-15 degrees hotter up there than our main floor. I place this fan in the hallway between the rooms and fill the tank with water and ice. After a little while, there is a noticeable difference in temperature on the 2nd floor. I’ve been able to bring the temp down almost to what it is on our main floor with this one fan. The fan was super easy to setup and it’s not at all as loud as I figured it would be. It’s pretty easy to clean. No problems so far!
Love this product works great as a fan but also cools my room amazingly and it helps with air flow and it’s noise levels are really low even has a sleep option to make it quieter easy set up and hold a great amount of water
This is a wonderful fan. A really really high quality wonderful fan. It cools so well. Our upstairs gets so dang hot. If I turn up the AC, it freezes out the main floor and the basement. So I like to keep the AC moderate, which means the upstairs gets really warm. This fan has really helped a lot. I love that it's not as loud as other fans, it's remove controlled, the display lights don't stay on all night, so if you use it at night, you aren't kept awake by the display lights (like another fan I've tried.) It swivels/oscillates or remains static. Truly, I'm happy with this fan!
Works great. Fan speed is cool and decent. Installation easy but quite heavy. Love the modern look and feel of outside cover.
Even though I live in South California near coastal area, this serves me well since it can be controlled via app and help keep humidity up on dry days (However, it is not good if you live in rainy or extreme humid area). If you love skincare, this is a must. Keep my skin always in moisture and hydrate mode. No more lip cracks.
Note:
Adjust target humidity is best, but make sure you set it lower than what you want. At the humidity target, pump is off but the pad still wet so you still see a slight increase in humidity afterward (5-10%). I usually set at 55% if I expect my humidty indoor is around 60-65%. Above 70% my floor feels very wet sticky.

Great fan. Fairly large. The air cooler will blow cold air if used correctly, but don't expect it to be like an AC unit.

Man if you are in need of some cooling for a hot night then this is the fan for you. It was simple setup and the air flow is great! Not too noisy on the lower settings and the fan itself feels well made and stands freely without issue. A great addition to any room.
I bought this in hopes the fan would be easier to clean than my last tower fan (that had also started making too much noise). I honestly don't even remember why I bought the smart version. It may have been cheaper; I find it often is.
The fan was easy to assemble. Watch though that the cord faces the way you want before you snap the base on, because it does not come off easily! It's very quiet until I reach the higher settings. In fact, I use a fan in part for the noise and find I have to keep the room cooler than I normally would to have the noise. I don't mind, I'm a perimenopause woman; freezer temps would be nice. I like that the display blacks out - handy at night. There are any functions I want on a fan - auto, natural, sleep settings, oscillation, etc. It's a fan, right? Who needs much?
So imagine my surprise how handy the smart feature is! It was easy to set up in the app. And I can change settings in the app even if I'm not in the room (I know, how apps work, but it's novel to me). But the best bit is being able to control it with the Alexa devices in our house. Our first* fan is in our bedroom. When our power goes out (often, we are in the country), the fan turns off. But as soon as our generator kicks in, we can turn the fan back out without getting out of bed. We use our VR device in our bedroom as well, and it's handy to turn off the oscillation, or adjust the settings while playing.
We loved this so much we bought one for the kitchen. Who wants to adjust a fan while cooking? It's nice to not have to stop, wash your hands, find the remote, etc. Yes, modern, 1st world problems. We also bought a smaller one for our family room - it's in a place we find we turn it off and on a lot. I have one of the company's "air circulators", aka desk fans, next to my side of the bed for when hot flashes hit. I don't use the smart feature on it, but have set schedules so the fan turns on when I forget to do myself while sleeping. We liked the products from this company enough, we bought one of their wall space heaters for my daughter's room in the basement. It's excellent because I canteen the heat down from the sauna temps she likes to save on electricity at times.
I moved into a new home last year that doesn't have AC. Window AC units don’t work with my windows, and I didn’t want to spend thousands of dollars on a new system. I bought one of these for my bedroom, as I need it to be cool when I sleep. It is perfect! The fan is great and when you fill it with water it gets really cool. I bought 2 more for my living room and office. I can’t recommend it enough.
This is a very nice cooling fan on its own, but you can also add water and an ice pack, and it will blow cooler air. The water reservoir is not very big but stays full for 4 to 5 hours of cooling. It is very quiet and has a wide range of oscillation.
