How many fan speed settings does this air circulator have? Can the fan speed change according to the ambient temperature?
This fan has 6 working modes with a total of 8 fan speed levels from level 1 to level 8. In Auto mode, the fan speed can adapt to the ambient temperature and change accordingly.
How should I clean and maintain this air circulator? Is it possible to disassemble it?
Yes, the grill and blades of this fan can be disassembled. The following disassembly steps are for reference only:
1. Remove the screw on the front grille and rotate the grille counterclockwise to take it off.
2. Remove the blade cap by rotating it as shown and take the blade assembly out of the shaft.
3. Rinse the cap, blades, and grille under running water or with a clean, damp cloth.
4. Dry up all parts, and insert the blade assembly back into the shaft by aligning the D-shaped points in the center.
5. Align the point on the front grille with the right point on the casing, then rotate the grille clockwise and install the screw back in place. Repeat the steps for the rear grille.

Why is the indicator light not on during operation, and why is the LED display screen off?
This fan has a Display Auto off function. If there is no operation for 1 minute, the screen will automatically turn off, and the indicator light will also go off. You can wake up the screen and indicator light by touching any button. To disable this feature, please go to the Dreo app.

Why can't the air circulator be turned on/off?
1. Ensure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet, and the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the air circulator.

I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with my decision to purchase this amazing standing fan for my wife! This is the first standing fan that I have felt compelled to give a five-star review to. I made the purchase in August 2024, intending to find a high-quality fan that would truly enhance our comfort at home. Historically, my wife has preferred buying inexpensive fans from big box stores. However, after going through several of them over just a tear—sometimes needing replacement within a few months—I grew weary of the constant cycle of buying and disposing of subpar products. I decided it was time to splurge on a quality fan, and I can confidently say that I have no regrets about this investment. From the moment we started using this 100ft quiet circulating standing fan, it became clear that it was a cut above the rest. Our previous fans were notoriously loud, which forced us to crank up the volume on the TV just to hear our shows. Plus, we often faced issues with oscillation malfunctioning or other technical problems cropping up. In stark contrast, this fan has been a game-changer for us. After three full months of testing and daily use, especially during the night, we've genuinely enjoyed a noticeable difference. The fan's wind velocity, distribution, and coverage capabilities are unmatched compared to any other fan we have bought or tested. Its ability to circulate air is phenomenal, effectively cooling or heating the room while evenly distributing the HVAC air throughout the space, which has made our environment vastly more comfortable and enjoyable. One of the standout features that I love about this fan is its app control. As someone who enjoys indulging in hot baths, I found it rather inconvenient to keep asking my wife to bring me the fan when I forgot to set it up. However, with this fan conveniently positioned by the bathroom door, I can easily grab my phone, open the app, and direct the fan exactly where I need it for a quick cooldown. This feature has truly enhanced my bathing experience, allowing me to adjust the airflow with ease. The app itself is exceptionally well-designed—it's user-friendly, intuitive, and responds quickly to commands. Even the controls on the fan are incredibly sensitive; a light touch is all that’s needed to operate them. The fan has been designed with cleanliness in mind, featuring a sleek aesthetic that avoids grooves and crevices where dust and dirt can accumulate. Cleaning has become a breeze; I simply blow out the small holes above each function to keep it tidy. On November 29, 2024, I decided to give the fan its first cleaning and am impressed with the low amount of debris on the fan covers and blade (see pictures). Cleaning this fan is easier than most standard fans. The process was impressively straightforward. I needed to remove two screws, one for each blade cover. With a simple twist, I took off the covers, removed the fan blades, and washed them along with the blade covers using a mild cleaner. I then rinsed everything with a garden hose. Once the parts were dry, I cleaned the rest of the fan with a terry cloth towel and put it back together. To my delight, it looks as pristine as the day we first unboxed it. The finish on this fan and its components is strikingly beautiful, adding an elegant touch to our home decor. While I could elaborate further on each feature and characteristic, the bottom line is that we love this modern smart fan more than words can express and we have purchased or received and tested as an honest product tester many fans through the years. In fact, our child was so enamored with it that he requested one for Christmas, and we’ve already purchased one for him (I will do a review for that as well or a video review)! As a gamer, his room tends to get quite hot, and this fan does a fantastic job of keeping both the room and his computer cool. I cannot recommend this product highly enough—it's truly deserving of a five-star rating! Great product, DREO!
This fan is very nice, good design and workmanship also is very quite everyone like this product when is circulating the air in the room . Price is exceptional for this kind of good quality product, I recommended this product. Customer service personnel was very helpful 5 stars for. Only one problem was with UPS was very slow on delivery, took 4 days to pick up the item from the company. Needs improvement for scheduling and delivery.
Absolutely the best fan purchase we ever made. Quiet?? Yes!! Powerful? Absolutely!! Many speed options, oscillating in two different directions. This fan has it all. Sleek design and great brown color accenting the white fan. There is an App to use with the fan as well as a remote. We love this fan. One suggestion? Find another distributor because Home Depot is absolutely awful and took two entire weeks to deliver the product. Awful customer service - we won’t shop there again. Hopefully you also work with Lowes? We’ll even order direct before we go back to Home Depot. Thank you for a great product!!
There is a bit of a learning curve between the fan, the phone app, and the manual. It would be helpful to have a YouTube video for sorting through it. When I put the fan on automatic I'm sometimes not sure it's accurate. I like the sound and it seems to be lower decibel, I'm still trying it out but 4 seems to be the right setting at night. I like that it takes up less space to deliver air comparable to a larger fan. Love the understated sparkle in the fan plastic. Easy to assemble. That was a pleasant surprise! Ty
This fan has a great look! We purchased it for our bedroom to keep us nice and cool rather than cranking up the AC system. The room actually gets cold without turning it up high. I like the fact that I can control it on the top of the fan, the remote and on the app. I'm planning to buy another for my kitchen when cooking just in case it gets warm in there. This was definitely a great buy!

Love this fan! Pushes out o lot of air. I use it on turbo mode most of the time. I find it relatively quiet unless I am on the phone. People have said it sounds like i am in my car with window down. It comes with remote control and app, so I can quickly turn it off or lower fan speed so person on the other end of phone call can hear me. The app is great, easy to install, just scan code on box. Can control fan speed , fan rotation, vertical and horizontal. It can even be set like a thermostat to turn off and on at certain temperatures. My son came to visit and thought I had purchased a much more expensive fan that he had seen somewhere else. I wont mention the brand, but they are much more expensive than these.

I love these fans, i have multiple now and plan to buy more. It's well made and pushes a lot of air. The oscillation on both axis is wonderful and it's pretty quiet. The design is modern to go with an updated functionality and ease of use. The app allows you to set precise oscillation boundaries so you don't waste a cycle blowing air where you don't want it. You can set "saves" so you can quickly jump from one preset to the next. This is useful if you want to do a more focused preset. Has schedules so you can start cooling an area or room before you get there, like your bedroom. It has many features and capabilities. I recommend this to everyone and the cost is reasonable.
I got me Dreo today , the heat in NYC is unbelievable this summer and this fan makes such a difference specially in my basement basement and workout .
We purchased this fan to help circulate air in a living area that gets very warm in the summer. This fan is fantastic. We have only had a few months but on speeds below 4 or 5 you cannot hear it. Seriously it is very quiet. It moves up down and side to side so it really does help move air. It is also very sturdy and I believe it will be easy to clean but will need to see this fall. I would definitely purchase this again.
I have no idea how they made a fan worth getting up on a Sunday to review, but they did. This this is NICE. So many features for how to oscillate, the finishes are nicer than I expected, the remote is great and this auto shut off for the lights on the fan (the lights/numbers on the pedestal turn off after like a minute or something) is the most GENIUS, lovable feature about this fan. Now it's not lighting up the room I paid to darken with curtains and blinds! It has a soft purr - so I wouldn't buy this if you're looking to create some white noise. But it moves a lot of air, so if that's your goal, BUY BUY BUY!
Just buy it! I bought this for my fiancé for Father’s Day and it’s so quiet but has a TON of power. He runs hot at night and I don’t… so I freeze with it on but he loves it and I’m impressed with it.
I've had 3 Dreo Cruiser T1S smart tower fans in my house for the last 28 months - master bedroom, living room, and office. They've been flawless and just required cleaning once, and my only minor gripe was with the one in my master bedroom. The distance from fan to bed didn't allow much air to spread out from the tower fan, so I had to be in a very narrow spot of the bed to really feel direct airflow - and it only benefitted me, not anyone else sleeping in here. Oscillation just meant everyone loses most of the time. Additionally, most of the airflow was directed towards the bed frame and mattress. Saw this product and thought it'd be the perfect solution to sending airflow above the mattress and having a wider spread without requiring oscillating. I was correct in this assumption, and can say after using the bedroom fan 24/7/365 for 28 months that this fan is much quieter for the same perceived airflow - and benefits the entire surface area of my king bed at a distance of 5ft (foot of bed to fan). Speed 1 is what I usually used on the tower fan while sleeping and it was pretty audible (though still the quietest fan I had owned at the time). This was usually enough airflow unless I was already hot, because again - most of the air was hitting bed frame and mattress, and directed in a very narrow path. Speed 3 on the new fan produces the same wind speed on my highly calibrated shirtless ham body and is practically silent. That said, I don't think I'll need to run this above speed 1 most of the time because of how well the air movement spreads. So, my most expensive fan purchase of my life is also the greatest - go figure. No comment on durability yet, but I don't foresee any problems. It's heavy and feels like a quality item, much like the tower fans. The app immediately found it without having to put it in pairing mode and it was added to my alexa app automatically after completing the Dreo app setup. Couldn't be easier.
