Why does the humidifier not work/ No power?
1. Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and that the mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the humidifier.
2. The humidifier will shut down automatically in the event of low water.
3. Check if the water tank is installed properly.
4. In Auto Mode, the humidifier will stop adding moisture when it reaches the room humidity target.
5. Make sure that no water enters the inside unit during cleaning or use. If water does get inside, do not power on the humidifier immediately. Place it in a dry, well-ventilated area and let it dry for at least 24 hours before use.
Why is the humidifier not misting?
1. Please check whether the air inlet is blocked.
2. The water in the water reservoir is nearly used up.
3. Your room might have too much ventilation. Please close doors and windows.
4. Check if the humidifier is in Auto Mode and the set humidity is lower than the ambient humidity.
5. Check if there is a scale attached to the surface of the atomizer. If necessary, clean it according to the instructions.
6. When the water inlet tank is out of the water, you need to wait about 15 seconds for the humidifier to pump water after plugging it in before it starts working.
Why does water leak from the humidifier?
1. Please check if the water tank has been cracked.
2. Make sure the silicone sealing ring around the water outlet valve is secure.
3. Avoid running the humidifier in a room with over 60% relative humidity.
4. Wipe any excess water.
5. Do not shake the humidifier.
6. Make sure to place the humidifier on a flat, level surface.
Why did the water tank crack suddenly?
1. Please check if the water tank has been dropped during previous use.
2. Please check if the essential oils have been added directly to the water tank. Because essential oils are corrosive, this may cause the tank to rupture.
Why hasn't the room humidity increased? (The humidifier is working properly and you can see the mist.)
1. Impact of Ambient Temperature:
Relative humidity is temperature-dependent. The same amount of humidification at a higher room temperature results in lower relative humidity (warm air can hold more water vapor than cold air). For example, maintaining 60% humidity at 20°C requires twice the humidification compared to 10°C. If the room temperature is significantly higher after using an air conditioner than when using a heater, it is normal for the relative humidity not to increase. Air conditioners often release warmer air, which may feel drier on the skin compared to the more comfortable warmth produced by heaters.
2. Influence of Environmental Ventilation:
Excessive ventilation, such as opening doors or windows, allows external air (either humid or dry) to directly impact ambient humidity.
3. Impact of Placement:
Check if the humidifier's humidity detection is facing an air conditioner vent, potentially causing higher temperatures near the humidifier. Ensure the humidity sensor is not obstructed by walls or objects, as poor air circulation can lead to minimal humidity changes.
4. Influence of Environmental Space:
Larger spaces require more humidification to achieve noticeable changes in humidity levels.
We recommend placing the humidifier on an unobstructed tabletop or floor and avoiding direct positioning toward the air conditioner or heater vents for optimal performance.
Why is there white dust/white film around the water tank and humidifier?
In areas with hard water containing elevated levels of calcium and magnesium ions, it's conceivable for the water spray to transport these minerals, leading to their deposition near the machine and the formation of a film.
1. Please descale the humidifier regularly.
2. Using purified or distilled water can help prevent the formation of scale.
What does the E1 code mean?
1. E1 indicates the temperature and humidity sensor abnormality.
2. Short circuits, loose internal wires, and water in the base of the product may cause E1 problems.
3. Please try to pour out all the water from the humidifier and let it dry for 48 hours, then test it again.
Why does misting produce an unpleasant smell?
1. Use purified or distilled water only. It is not recommended to use tap water.
2. Change water regularly to avoid dirty water accumulation.
3. Clean the humidifier and keep it down for 12 hours with the cover detached.
4. Clean the aroma pad tray, and change the aroma pad.
Why does the humidifier use the water too quickly?

1. This humidifier uses a water-pumping mechanism, so a brief slight noise when starting to pump water is normal.

Why are there condensation forms around humidifiers or windows?
Humidity may be too high. Please try to turn down the mist level and turn off the humidifier, or open a door or window to the room.
Why has mold grown inside the humidifier?
1. Clean the water tank and base chamber regularly.
2. It is recommended to use purified water to slow down the growth of mold.
Why is there no smell after adding essential oil?
1. Make sure you’ve added 10 or 15 drops of oil into the base chamber.
2. For best results, please use pure essential oil.
3. Replace your aromatherapy pad regularly.

The Smart Humidifier 735S 11L by Duro is an excellent product, easy to install, only a single screw and tool provided. Within two days my roon went from 15% to 60% and was really livable. The unit is easy to clean and easy to fill with water. The automatic controll worked perfectly as wll as the settings. A perfect gift.
It's amazing! The filter lasts long and doesn't cause any mildew smell like fabric filters do. This is worth every penny spent. Seriously, go for Dreo. They are worth it!
We live in the mountains and our home gets very dry. I have 3 Dreo humidifiers and just added this larger one. I get tired of filling the others 2-3 times a day and, now, I fill it every 24 hours. It looks great, extremely quiet and, most of all, easy to clean! I hope the next generation of this could offer a warm mist option.
Got this humidifier off TikTok for my plants and I must say I absolutely love it. Within minutes it raised the humidity in the room and my plants are already looking happier. I love how u can just take the top part off and pour water into it instead of trying to get it in a tiny inlet without it getting into the airflow tube. You can set the humidity level you want and it turns on and off all on its own. It holds a massive amount of water so I don’t have to constantly fill it up. I love how it has an app so I can control it from anywhere over the WiFi in my house. There’s so many customization options you literally couldn’t ask for more lol. I just love it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a high quality humidifier. Thanks DREO!

Get it. Best humidifier I have ever owned. Honestly, I just use filtered tapwater with an under the sink filter. I don’t notice any white dust in my place. I have the humidifier scale inhibitor cartridges and you can get a three pack for about 20 bucks on Amazon. I have a large studio apartment in an hi rise about 500 to 600 ft.². Humidity level is easy to set and integrate with Alexa. You will be amazed at how easy this is to use. It takes about six pitchers to fill it up.

I love this thing! I was so tired of constantly filling up the smaller humidifiers. This is so much better. I don't have any open furniture where I could put a smaller humidifier, so this stand up one was great. I love that it's a remote so I can get in bed and then turn it on. I have it set to 50% humidity and it puts out mist when needed. I have it a few feet from my bed and the mist is perfect. I worried it would get my bedding damp, but that doesn't happen at all. It's also not loud and I sleep perfectly with it on. (disclosure: I do enjoy sleeping with a fan and white noise on)

I just purchased this humidifier for the cold winter in the northeast. Read the reviews, and it seemed like a good option. Set it up yesterday at 4 pm. Easy to set up, took less than 10 mins. Connected to the wifi/app and that works really well. Nice overall unit. Tall, holds a lot of water. Very quiet. Set the timer for 12 hours. Throughout those 12 hours, here is how it performed in our bedroom which is about 350 square feet. Note, I shut the doors and obviously the windows were closed (windows are new thermal windows) Starting humidity was 33%. It got up to 40% in about an hour, then dropped back down to 36%. Why? The heat was on, we have forced air and the dryness of the heat coming through the vents overpowered the humidifier. At night, especially in the very early hours (i.e. 2 am), the humidity level got up to 56%. We lower our internal heat at night to 65 degrees and recently got new windows throughout the house that keeps it there. Then when the timer shut it off at 4am, the humidity dropped down to 38% with the rest of the house at 34%. So, my conclusion is this is a good spot unit that can get your humidity up in the winter as long as it keeps running and you aren't blasting the heat in your home. Did I expect more? Yes, I did given the room it was in was half the size of its stated capacity. Also because of it's size I didn't expect it to be overwhelmed by the heat from the vents so easily. I also expected the higher humidity to stay signifcantly higher longer after it shut off. But, I still like it because I have never been able to get our bedroom in 50+% humidity in the winter and it did make a difference while sleeping, which is primarily what I was after. So tonight I'll run it 7pm to 7am to get the room at higher humidity further into the morning. Hope this helps.

It works well and easy to use. I’m disappointed in the quality if thr base. I assumed the base would be extra sturdy and thick given it is full of water. No, its just plastic and feels like it could easily crack. TBD how long it lasts.

Easy and quick to assemble and get into operation. Swing it crank out mist from distilled water already makes me feel better. If you live in Las Vegas and you were raised near the ocean, you need this when you move here to the desert.
Before in 2024, I would have given this 4-stars. I definitely appreciate the large capacity and the added height of the unit helps evaporate the mist better with very little making it to the floor. An issue I've had with smaller units. Their smart functions could have used some improvement however... Fast forward to this winter season and it seems Dreo has been busy. In addition to existing Alexa support, they directly (not third party) released an integration that now nearly fully exposes it's capabilities to HomeAssistant. They also included a hygrometer calibration offset setting so it's accurate here too. In general, keep in mind your overall experience will matter depending on how hard your ground water is. If it's high, distilled (what I use), RO water, or using the demineralization cartridges will be necessary to minimize the dust (which is basically going to be chalk dust).
It works as advertised, had features like timer settings, auto detect settings and has a feature to add scented oils so that it makes the room smell great as well. It is easy to use and appears to be well made. The mist output is very good.

I have two DREO humidifiers, and I love that I can use the app or even Google home to turn them on. This size is great, it helps with the humidity on the main floor of the house. I did have an issue with the atomizer, but a new humidifier is on the way thanks to warranty and the easy to deal with customer support. I love the ability to turn off the beeping and lights, which makes it great to use overnight. Definitely recommend DREO!
It works so much better than we expected. Easy set up. It needs about 3 gallons of water but last long before you have to fill it again. I thought it might be too big but it’s easy to move it around and it looks nice too. Having the remote is a plus specially if you forget to turn the screen light of so the brightness doesn’t bother you.
Wifi at 2.4 the old standard had to setup an SSID for just this device since I had turned that off need to have 5 as an option. The "night" light feature need to be able to turn it off but leave the display panel on at night.
Humidifier arrived with missing parts. However, Dreo replaced the item and works fine.

So far, good. Its a nice looking machine. Seems very easy to use. This is my third machine. I can tell everything thats going on with the humidifier by using the app. Ive also received great support from the company when my first humidifier malfunctioned.
