Malfunction codes on LED display

Heater does not start
1. Power cord is not properly plugged in. Connect the plug to a powered electrical outlet.

3. No power is passing through the unit. Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly. Ensure that your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
4. The set temperature is lower than the ambient temperature. Ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the ambient temperature.

The heater suddenly stops during heating

I live in an open range 340flr and like many RV owners have a hard time staying warm. I have used a couple of other heaters for years with mediocre results. Loud, only 5 degrees per setting or just a dial that constantly needs adjusting and not much in the way of air movement. I purchased the Dreo 714 and WOW! This thing is incredible. I placed it six feet away from the recliner that I sleep in and pointed it at the floor so the heat could rise up under me. I set it for 70 degrees and with an indoor/ outdoor thermometer beside me on a 25° night it only got down to 64°. When it doesn't need to run all night it will stay within 1-2° of its setting. My feet have never been so warm! Thank you Dreo!

This is the perfect heater! It circulates the air rather than one spot! You can adjust the set temperature so that it turns off when it matches that temp. It even has the timer! I am sold on any Dreo products. Highly recommend

The safety features were a huge part of deciding to buy this because I have two toddlers running around all day. But the fact that it will easily heat a decent sized room pretty quick is great. I have a few other dreo home appliances, and this one just further cemented them as one of my favorite brands for my home.

I love the heater so much. I bought two. One for upstairs and one for downstairs. My only complaint and it’s very minor is the remote. It’s all black. The buttons are hard to find. It would be nice if the remote was lit. Or had some sort of raised bumps so you know What you’re touching in the middle of the night instead of turning the lights on.
This space heater is by far the best, if not in a class by itself. I literally set my temperature between 73-75 on ECO mode and forget about it. The DREO automatically turns itself on and off by itself to achieve the desired temp and turns off when the top of the line thermostat reaches the programmed temp of 73-75. DREO is the Mercedes-Benz of space heaters. Enjoy the effortless comfort.

I just ordered my second 715 Dreo heater. I already have 3 other heaters from this company as well as 2 of their fans. The other heaters, 2 oscillating and 1 oil filled provide room filling heat in my master bedroom and 2 guest rooms. Honestly I probably didn't need a 2nd 715 model but it works so well I couldn't resist. I have one in my semi-open living area. It is a fairly large space that includes my kitchen/dining room, plus there is a 2nd living space off of it. I've placed it where it oscillates between my kitchen and living room. I'm amazed at how well it heats these areas! My house has central heat and air but I mainly occupy the master bedroom and living areas. I have a killawatt meter that shows energy comsumption and cost based on my providers rate. All of the Dreo heaters provide plenty of heat for far less than my central HVAC system. The DC Inverter fans are also more efficient than my ceiling fans. I don't believe you can find better products for these purposes than Dreo. For sure I won't buy any other brand.

Right now is the time of year when you need a fan when you go to bed and by morning you need a little heat to take the chill out. This is perfect. I start with fan on and normally wake up chilly. I just reach for the remote and set the temp to desired temp and within minutes the room is warm enough to get out from under the blanket. I highly recommend Dreo products. I have several oscillating fans and a radiator heater that I have used for over a year and love using all of them.

This is a fantastic little heater. I already have a Dreo fan that I love so I was very excited to try this heater. This is a small heater but it runs at 1500 watts so it’s just as powerful as the tall ones. Due to its form factor and built-in handle it’s very easy to move around. My favorite part about this heater is that it doesn’t just oscillate horizontally, it oscillates VERTICALLY too! This feature is a game changer. It’s very easy to pinpoint the direction of the heating so that you’re only sending heat where you really need it. My only major gripe is that when you turn the heater off it returns to the starting position, so you need to set the position again every time you turn it on. If you don’t want to deal with that you should get the smart version of this heater so you can save positions as presets in the Dreo app. My only minor gripe is that if you own other Dreo products, the remote will control them too! I learned this when I tried to turn on the heater using the remote and my fan ended up turning on. The heater has a temp control mode where you set a temperature and the heater turns off when your room reaches that temperature. It also has low and high heating modes that just stay on until you turn it off. This heater isn’t just shaped like a fan, it has a pretty decent fan mode if you don’t need heating but still want the air to be moving. Overall this is the best heater I’ve ever used due to the vertical and horizontal oscillation. I think it’s worth the high price due to that feature alone.
